Leah Additon is a Registered Nurse. She has been apart of the Nursing Field since 2007. Her areas of specialty consist of Cardiac Progressive Care Unit and the Emergency Room. Currently, she works in the Neuroscience Intensive Care Unit at Tampa General Hospital, a Trauma 1 Center with high-acuity patients. Leah has her Bachelors in Nursing and graduated with President’s Honors.
She maintains exceptional certifications in the Medical Field, which are comprise of Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN), Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and completed the Critical Care Rotation Program at Tampa General Hospital. She is compassionate about knowledge and maintaining state-of-the-art education; thus, she continues on her education path to achieve her Masters in Nursing at The University of Tampa. Her focus of interest is to prevent disease and improve the quality of life of her patients. She is dedicated to her patients, and puts their interests and well-being first. Furthermore, she enjoys giving back to her community by volunteering at Feeding American and providing free Diabetes Education Clinics.
Leah Additon is a resident of the St Pete Beach and enjoys boating, paddle boarding, and gardening.
