I am a personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT), a sports nutritionist certified through the International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN), a WBFF Pro competitor, a Nationally Registered EMT, and a mom. Prior to being a personal trainer/nutritionist, I worked full-time in healthcare as an EMT.

Throughout my 18+ year EMS career I saw the negative effects that unhealthy habits, and a sedentary lifestyle, led to with my patients. This motivated me to pursue my Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from Missouri State University, and a subsequent career in personal training and nutrition.

I use the knowledge I've obtained throughout my education, and my career, to live a healthy lifestyle while still enjoying life itself. I work with clients of all fitness levels - from people who have never stepped foot in a gym, to competitors stepping on stage, and everything in between... this includes men and women (including pregnant and post-partum women), and clients of various age groups. I am dedicated to helping people become the best they can be through exercise and nutrition, so they can experience all of the positive benefits that come from living a healthy life.
