As Vice President of Customer Success, Ms. LeMay plays a critical leadership role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience throughout the care journey. Ms. LeMay is responsible for developing and implementing patient-centric strategies that improve engagement, adherence to treatment plans, and overall satisfaction.She oversees the patient support team, ensuring that patients receive timely responses, education on HRT protocols, and assistance with navigating the telehealth platform. Additionally, Ms. LeMay is tasked with analyzing patient feedback and clinical outcomes to inform continuous improvements in service delivery and operational efficiency.
Beyond patient interactions, Ms. LeMay collaborates closely with medical providers, technology teams, and marketing to align patient care objectives with business goals. Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient retention, clinical compliance, and quality of service, using data-driven insights to optimize workflows and reduce barriers to care.
