Hello and thank you for your interest in becoming a more healthy you! Let’s start with a little about me.

I spent the first 17 years of my career in corporate America, as a strategy consultant, working with high-powered executives to help them grow their companies.  My “downtime” was always spent going to the gym and helping my friends create workout and eating plans.  I loved my downtime and motivating others…but had to pay the bills!

Fast-forward to the present day (I don’t like long stories). I ditched the corporate job, and my “downtime” is now my career.  Zero regrets!

This is where you come in.  I have dedicated my life to helping others achieve and even exceed their personal fitness, health and nutrition goals.  I do this because I love it and I truly care about my clients’ well-being.  It’s a passion, not a job.
